Mixer Upgrade & Refurbishment:
We can take your existing Mixer or a second hand unit into our Works and completely refurbish the machine, replacing or repairing any worn parts with identical or suitable equivalents ( often better ) for much less than the cost of a new machine.
Also if the existing machine is suitable we can upgrade the Mixing element to our latest design of mixing element providing a more efficient mixer able to process a wider range of products and a more hygienic design.
We test every mixer on completion and can install the refurbished unit working closely with your production team to ensure minimum downtime and disruption.
For materials which have a risk of explosion we can assess your Mixing line and recommend ATEX upgrades to your machine to comply with EC ATEX directives.
Repair & Maintenance:
We offer a full range of repair and maintenance services.
Starting with site surveys and detailed reports with costs, through parts supply plus fitting when required and service contracts for the ongoing maintenance of your machine to ensure top performance and minimum downtime.
Mixer Hire
You can hire a mixer from us for a week, one month, one year or longer if required.
The mixer will be selected and prepared for your application from our stock of hire machines. Each machine is fitted with its own control panel and safety interlock system.
We can also deliver, install and assist with commissioning if required.
Free Mixer Tests
Every type of mixer we manufacture is available for single product tests or extended pilot scale tests. We offer a free one day test at our Congleton facility (subject to conditions * )
For extended tests and pilot runs on new products all of our Mixers are available for site hire and supplied with a test engineer to set up the mixer and assist with the first days test.
( Part of the test cost is refunded in the event of an order )
( * Free test conditions:- Free tests are available for those products which are non toxic and only require normal clean down with hot water. Delivery and removal of all test materials and cleaning effluent are the responsibility of the client. )
